Shipping and Handling
All orders in stock are shipped in 24-48 normal business hours with your selected shipping choice during your checkout. With any expediate shipping order we will make every effort to ship before our 2PM EST deadline.

International
We do ship Internationally using UPS Worldwide. Customers are responsible for any customs or VAT that may apply.

Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of our initial shipping date for a 20% restocking fee. Please contact Air-Vac at 1-203-888-9900 for an RMA.
